How to add a new user

In order to invite a manager to your amoCRM account, you can add a new user.

Please note that to be able to create new users, you need to have the rights of administrator in the account.

To create a new user:

  1. Go to Settings (left menu button)
  2. Press Users & Rights
  3. Click on Add user button



  4. Insert e-mail address that the new manager will use to log in, his name and password
  5. Do not forget to press Save button

 

Check the box “Admin” if you want a new user to have access as an administrator of the account (meaning that he or she will have access to all the data in the account and the whole Settings section as well).

An invitation will be sent to the e-mail address you entered. There will be a link to login and change password page.
