How to create a new contact

  1. Go to section Contacts;
  2. Press “Add contact” in the upper right corner:


After you pressed “Add contact” you can enter the following info on the contact:

  1. Name and Last Name of the contact;
  2. Responsible user (by default responsible user is the user that created the contact in question);
  3. Position;
  4. Phone number;
  5. Email address;
  6. Additional contact details (such as Skype, Jabber etc.)
  7. Company;
  8. Company details;
  9. Note to the contact;
  10. To-do for the contact;
  11. Lead (only quick add)

After filling in the necessary fields press Save button.
