Payment is done, but account is not activated

If you made payment, but nothing changed in your account (it was not activated or the subscription was not extended, or available number of users didn’t increase), follow the instructions below:

  1. Check if the payment was credited to your account:
    • go to section Settings
    • open Billing tab
    • on top of the page your current subscription plan will be indicated as well as the expiration date. If your payment was processed you will see something like that:

If your payment wasn’t credited to your account you will see the message “Subscription for *plan* expired 12/28/2015”

  1. If payment wasn’t credited to your account:
    • use our form to send a request about your issue;
    • our client support specialists will investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
  2. If you see that the order was successfully paid for, but the subscription was not extended or you still can’t add users:
    • use our form to send a request about your issue;
    • send us:
      • subdomain of your account
      • description of the problem
    • our client support specialists will investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
