If you made payment, but nothing changed in your account (it was not activated or the subscription was not extended, or available number of users didn’t increase), follow the instructions below:
- Check if the payment was credited to your account:
- go to section Settings
- open Billing tab
- on top of the page your current subscription plan will be indicated as well as the expiration date. If your payment was processed you will see something like that:
If your payment wasn’t credited to your account you will see the message “Subscription for *plan* expired 12/28/2015”
- If payment wasn’t credited to your account:
- use our form to send a request about your issue;
- our client support specialists will investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
- If you see that the order was successfully paid for, but the subscription was not extended or you still can’t add users:
- use our form to send a request about your issue;
- send us:
- subdomain of your account
- description of the problem
- our client support specialists will investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
