How to extend your subscription

Since subscription is purchased for a limited period of time, from time to time you will need to prolong it so as not to disrupt the work of your sales department.

You can extend the period of your subsciption without changing the plan at any time right in your amoCRM account.

To prolong your subscription without changing the plan go to section Settings -> Billing and choose the plan you’re currently subscribed on:

If you don’t plan to buy additional licences enter “0” in section “Buy licences”:

Keep the switch “Subscription” on and choose the period for which you’d like to prolong the subscription:

After you choose the period of time press CHECKOUT button to proceed with the payment.
