Safety of our customers’ data and ensuring fault-tolerance of the system will always stay the biggest priority for amoCRM. That’s why we thought about an option of restoring data from the backup copy.
This option is available only on the Enterprise subscription plan.
Backup option allows for creating a copy of your database and receiving it in a file that will be sent to your email address.
You can set up for the copies to be sent to you periodically or do that by single requests (should the need arise).
How to set up receiving backup copy:
To set up receiving backup copy go to the section Settings -> Security and choose the period of time at which you’d like to receive backup copies and press the button “Save”.
In case you need to receive a copy of your data right away, just click on the button “Create a backup copy now”:
