Dashboard sections

Section New Leads shows:

  1. Number of leads created  in the chosen period (day, week or month). If you press the number of the leads, Lead section of your account will open with the filters by the date of creation applied.
  2. The margin between the number of new leads for the chosen period and the same figure for the previous period. If you click on the number for the previous period, Lead section will open with the filters for the previous period of time applied.  
  3. Total number of leads. If you click on this number, Lead section will open showing all the open leads in the account.
  4. Total budget of open leads. If you click on this number, Lead section will open showing all the open leads in the account.
  5. Number of leads in each open status.  If you click on this number, Lead section will open filtered by this status.

Section Won Leads shows:

  1. The number of leads closed with the status "Closed - Won", in the chosen period. If you click on the figure, Leads section will open filtered by the status “Closed - Won” and by the chosen closing date.
  2. The margin between the number of successfully closed leads for the chosen period and the same figure for the previous period. If you click on the number for the previous period, Lead section will open with the filters for the previous period of time and by the status “Closed - Won” applied.

 

Section Leads without To-do:

  1. Total number of leads without to-do. If you click on the number, Lead section will open with the leads filtered by paremeter “without to-dos” for the chosen period of time.
  2. Number of leads with to-dos for the chosen period. Lead section will open with the leads filtered by paremeter “with to-dos” for the chosen period of time.

 

Sections Total To-dos, Completed and Overdue show:

  1. Nmber of to-dos created during the chosen period. If you click on the number in the section Calendar section will open with the to-dos filtered by the parameters “all statuses” and for chosen period of time of creation.
  2. Growth rate of the number of the number of to-dos in comparison with those created in the previous period of time.
  3. Number of to-dos completed in the chosen period of time. If you click on this number, Calendar section will open with to-dos filtered by the status "completed" and by date of creation for the chosen period.
  4. Number of the to-dos overdued in the chosen period. If you click on this number, Calendar section will open with to-dos filtered by the status "overdue" and by date of creation for the chosen period.

 

Section Notes shows:

  1. Number of the notes posted during the chosen period of time. If you click on this figure Stats -> List of events section will open filtered by the type of event “New Note” and by the date of creation for the chosen period.
  2. Growth rate of the number of posted notes in the chosen period of time in comparison with those posted in the previous period of time.

 

Section Goals shows:

  1. The budget of the leads closed in the period of time set for the goal. If you click on the number Lead section will open with the leads filtered by the status "Closed - Won" and by the closing date for the period of time set up for the goal.
  2. Budget goal. If you click on the number Stats -> Goal report section will open with the report filtered by the period of time set up for the goal.
  3. Number of leads closed in the target period. If you click on the number Lead section will open filtered by the status “Closed - Won” for the period of time set up for the goal.
  4. Quantity goal. If you click on the number Stats -> Goal report section will open with the report filtered by the period of time set up for the goal.


Important: Goals section will be active only if Goals in Stats section are set up.

 

Sections Total contacts and Total companies show:

  1. Total number of contacts in an account. If you click on the number Contacts section will open with no filters applied.
  2. Number of contacts added in the chosen period of time. If you click on the number Contacts section will open with the data filtered by the date of creation.
  3. Total number of companies in an account. If you click on the number of Companies, Contacts -> Companies section will open with no filters applied.
  4. Number of companies added in the chosen period.  If you click on the number Contacts -> Companies section will open with the data filtered by the date of creation.

 

Pipeline section shows:

  1. Open lead statuses of your pipeline. If you click on the status, Leads section will open filtered by this status.
  2. Four leads, that were the last assigned to each status. By clicking on this lead you can open this lead’s card.

 

Section Contacts shows:

  1. The first 25 contacts and companies from Contacts section - All. If you click on a contact/company, its card will open.
  2. Table settings and sorting parameters are the same as those currently applied to Contacts section.

 

Section Recent activity shows:

  1. New contact added.
  2. New lead added.
  3. New company added.
  4. Change of leads statuses.
  5. New note posted in the lead, contact or company.
  6. New emails sent.
  7. Incoming and outgoing phone calls.
  8. Completed to-dos.
  9. New files attached to leads, contacts or companies.
